At Ether Pieces, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our items and hygiene regulations, the following policy applies:

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, you must contact us exclusively at info@etherpieces.com providing your Order ID.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Earrings: For hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings are strictly non-returnable if the original hygiene seal or packaging has been tampered with or opened.

• Personalized/Custom Items: Any jewellery made to your specific dimensions or featuring custom engravings.

• Worn Items: Products that show any signs of wear beyond a simple try-on.

3. Exclusive Return Method (BOXNOW)

IMPORTANT: Our registered office is a private residence and cannot receive direct deliveries from courier services or post offices.

• All returns must be made exclusively via the BOXNOW locker network.

• Any package sent via other couriers to our registered address will be rejected.

• Once you contact us for a return, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to use a BOXNOW locker.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

• In the rare event of a defective product or an incorrect order, Ether Pieces will cover the return shipping costs via BOXNOW.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item to ensure it is in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. The refund will cover the full purchase price paid (which does not include VAT due to our exemption status). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
